Channels-based pricing gives you predictable, fixed annual costs that scale with your contact centre footprint rather than your headcount. As you automate more interactions, your costs stay stable.

Q: What counts as a channel?

A channel is each unique contact touchpoint you deploy TorqueShift on — for example, a phone line (DDI), a web chat widget, a WhatsApp Business number, an email queue, or an SMS shortcode.

Q: Is the setup fee refundable?

Setup fees are non-refundable as they cover professional services and onboarding. However, upgrading within 90 days credits the full setup fee toward your subscription.

Q: What are AI Consumption charges?

AI Consumption covers variable usage of ASR, TTS, and LLM inference, billed monthly based on actual minutes or tokens consumed.

Q: Can I change my plan mid-year?

Upgrades are processed immediately and prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next annual renewal date.

Q: Is there a free trial?

We offer structured pilot programmes (14-28 days) with defined deliverables and measurable success criteria, rather than open-ended free trials.
